How to order?
Order your local food delivery on line using our safe and secure shopping basket facility.
By clicking the "add to basket" link you will be taken to a secure encrypted site where you can specify who you are and to where the produce is to be delivered.
The MFM delivery area includes,
Inverness and all suburbs, Culloden, Smithton, Westhill, Milton of Leys, Scorguie, Balloch, Cawdor, Croy, Nairn,
Dingwall, Strathpeffer, Contin, Maryburgh & Conon Bridge
Black Isle - North Kessock, Munlochy,Tore, Culbokie, Cromarty, Rosemarkie, Fortrose, Avoch, Muir of ord,
As the business grows more areas will be added to our scheduled delivery round.
(If you are interested and do not live in these areas please email or telephone registering your interest as we may start delivering in the future.)
The specific delivery days are listed on the website on the (Delivery Dates / Areas page).
If you would like to order over the telephone please call (01349 877493) and you can leave an answering machine message of your order on the answerphone.

(It is a good chance I will be driving so I will call you back when it is safe to do so).
Processing of your order?
Please order by 8pm on Tuesday night prior to Thursday & Fridays scheduled delivery!!
This is to enable the freshest possible meats to be butchered in time for your enjoyment the next weekend.
MFM sources directly from Highland farms where local farmers will contract a butcher to cut their farmed meats to the farmers specific requirements.
(Some farmers are even planning butchering their farm reared stock themsleves. This can be done if the farm has an on site butchery unit. In the future some MFM producer suppliers have mentioned this is a possible route they would like to explore. )
This creates a very short sustainable local food supply chain which provides you with a really great quality product which is definately worth the wait in comparison to supermarket alternatives.
In a bid to further reduce food miles MFM has teamed up with 'Scotgro' to provide you with a carefully picked box of local seasonal vegetables, MFM delivers the vegetables to your door and on the back of this we would love to provide you with other great local foods such as meats, eggs and dairy products.

Delivery Charges & Payments?
Delivery charges apply at £5.00 per order, however orders over £25 are delivered free of charge.
When purchasing through the online secure roman cart and paypal facility this charge will automatically come off the total shopping basket when you reach the £25 total.
The free delivery on orders over £25 applies to MFM sourced meats, eggs & dairy products listed on the website and Scotgro vegetable boxes, purchased through this website.
We use the secure paypal payment facility to take payment of online goods.
If you do not have a paypal account we can take cash or cheque on delivery.
Cheques should be made payable to MacCulloch Food Marketing.
If you would like to pay cash or cheque on delivery that is fine just highlight this when ordering through the shopping cart using the payment cash or cheque option.
Workplaces
No delivery charge applies to multiple drops at workplaces. You can order through the shopping cart and we will deliver to your place of work, on the Friday afternoon stated on the website.
How are the products packed?
All of the meats are vaccum packed to give you a really fresh product.
The cheeses are in sealed packaging, and all of the other products are sealed accept for the vegetables.
The 'Scotgro' seasonal vegetables come in a trendy reuseable bag which we recommend you take out on your next shopping trip!!

We also use eco friendly bio bags to carry your goods in, when I arrive at your door step.
Meat Cuts weights & prices?
The prices MFM charge for meat cuts are approximates and might well differ slightly
from those quoted on the web pages, as it is impossible to guarantee
the exact weight of meat before cutting.
MFM will of course endeavour to be as
accurate as is possible when selecting the appropriate size cuts, you have pre ordered.
Terms and conditions
The purchase of products from MFM web site is governed by these terms
and conditions. Please read them before using the site - they are
important to both you and us. We hope they are simple to understand. By
accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
1. MFM only delivers to Highland town & village addresses in the UK. The areas listed on the site and on the days and dates listed on the MFM delivery round.

2. Access to the site may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.
3. MFM accept no responsibility for the web sites or any other information,
practices or products of other parties linked to this web site.

The products supplied from this web site are delivered by MacCulloch Food Marketing, Pinewood, Culbo Road, Culbokie, Ross-shire, IV7-8JX.

Orders are not accepted from persons under the age of 18 years old. By
placing an order you make a representation that you are over such an
age. Where you place an order and are under that age you are in breach
of contract and may otherwise breach the law. The holder of the credit
card or debit card which you use will be fully liable for all sums as
charged.
6. The prices MFM charge for meat cuts are approximates and might well differ slightly from those quoted on the web pages, as it is impossible to gaurantee the exact weight of meat before cut.
7. Authority for payment must be given at time of order.

We will do our best to fulfil all orders but in exceptional cases, such
as where supplies are unobtainable or where there have been errors in
prices, we may have to decline an order, in which case we will advise
you as soon as possible and seek your instructions.

MacCulloch Food Marketing may collect and process information about you to better
understand your needs and to keep you up to date with developments of
MacCulloch Food Marketing.
10. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without
notice any information on this site from time to time. Prices, goods
and availability of goods are subject to change at any time, especially
considering the perishable nature of all of our products.
11. To
the extent permitted by the law, MacCulloch Food Marketing shall not be liable for
direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from our
services or any products sold from or referred to on this site. Neither
you nor us will be liable for any delay or failure to perform our
respective obligations under this contract due to any cause beyond our
reasonable control including without limitation any act of God,
failure, flooding, fire, strike, lock out, trade dispute, traffic
accident, traffic congestion, any act or omission of any government or
regulatory authority.
12. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

on our website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
Scottish law and any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Scottish courts to which both parties submit.
